PRE-CALCINATION
Immersion Tubes
ESTANDA designs and manufactures steel components for pre-calcination installations (towers) based on cyclone technology, also known as immersion tubes, which are used for the progressive fall of the raw material, which advances towards the inlet of the rotary kiln, absorbing the heat of the hot gases coming out of it. These cyclones are formed by segments fitted one on top of the other (immersion tubes).
We design immersion tubes in different steels resistant to high temperature and oxidation, of high reliability, which allow adequate operating conditions in the cyclones.
We supply complete immersion tubes, reinforced and with our own modular design, as well as spare parts for existing tube segments
Flap Valves and Diverter Gates
Single or double flap valves and diverter gates for the cyclones in the pre-calcination towers.
Manufactured in special steel alloys resistant to high temperature and oxidation, in different sizes according to their application.
Parts supplied complete with shafts and machined.
