Planetary tubes work with lighter parts, lower mechanical stress, and with greater turning efficiency, for greater efficiency in cooling the clinker.

Manufacture of plates for Grate Coolers. Offering advantages in terms of the metallurgy, as well as design, with the aim of increasing the life of the plates and improving their performance:

• Metallurgical innovations: steels for temperatures of approximately 1,200°c, in extreme oxidation conditions, in oxidizing and sulphurous environments, etc. For conditions with large thermal gradients. For deformations of grates due to: mechanical problems with the supports, tensions in bolts, etc.
• Design innovations: new designs for greater resistance to wear and abrasion. Designs to avoid deformations.
