As a company, ESTANDA is aware of the environment and of reducing the carbon footprint of its activity. More specifically, ESTANDA carries out programmes to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy, as well as to reduce the environmental impacts associated with its processes and products in a reliable manner and with occupational health and safety procedures, having management systems in accordance with international standards ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
As part of this forward-looking process, since July this year we have also had AENOR verification of the carbon footprint of our activity. The result of the measurement of total emissions is 2,572.23 t CO2 per year, one of the best results in our industry.
